キッチンスタジオパンダ食堂・野川彩監修レシピが付属しています。
直火もIHも使用可能な使いやすい土鍋です。
鍋底裏にIHサーマテック発熱体を使用しているので、IH用金属プレートは必要ありません。
もちろん電子レンジやオーブン、ハロゲンヒーターにも対応します。
通常の土鍋の使い始めに必要な「目止め処理」が不要ですぐにご使用頂けます。
吸水率の低い素材を使用しているので、カビの発生や、料理のにおいうつりを防ぎます。
深型なので具材がたっぷり入り、蓋のつまみもアーチ状でつかみやすい形です。
シンプルな形状で、和洋を問わず料理に合いやすいマットブラックの土鍋は、さまざまな食卓シーンにぴったりです。
