中華や洋食にも合わせられる、フラットプレート

益子焼（ましこやき）とは、栃木県芳賀郡益子町周辺を産地とする陶器のこと。
洋皿をイメージし、平らな部分を広くした平皿です。落ち着いた色味ですので、他の食器とも合わせやすいのもポイントです。
同じ釉薬でも、窯に置く位置や炎の具合で焼き上がりの色が異なります。
釉薬や化粧土の具合で色の濃淡や垂れになる場合もあります。
