伝統にとらわれない、新しい砥部焼

砥部焼とは、愛媛県砥部町を中心に作られる陶磁器です。厚手の白磁に、呉須と呼ばれる薄い藍色の絵具で書いた絵が多く、唐草や草花紋などが特徴です。すこし屋さんは窯主の松田さんが立ち上げた窯元で、20年以上手作りにこだわりながら制作しています。持つと手になじむ形や、心がほっこりする絵柄が人気です。"さかなシリーズ"は1匹1匹手描きで描いたさかなたちが、気持ちよ～く泳いでいるデザインがかわいいですね！よ～く見ると、1匹だけ違った表情のさかなも居ますので、ぜひ探してみてください！
