固有の土肌が味わい深い、情趣あふれる陶器たち

へちもんとは…「ふうがわりなモノ」の意味に使われた信楽の職人ことばがその名のもとです。自然が生み出す様々なカタチや、私達ひとりひとりの個性と同じように、いろいろな表情をもった器たち…。工業製品と言うより、どちらかと言うと農作物にとても近い感覚かもしれません。「不均質」の大切さを知っている熟達者が遊び心とまごころをいっぱい詰め込んでつくった器たちです。
信楽焼とは…滋賀県甲賀市信楽町でつくられているやきもの。日本六古窯の一つと数えられ、1200年以上の長い歴史があるといわれています。1976年(昭和51年)に国から伝統的工芸品の指定を受けています。
手作りのため商品個々でサイズや色合いの差、釉薬のかかり具合など、写真と異なる場合があります。陶器の味わいとしてお楽しみください。
