和モダンなインテリアに馴染む、おしゃれな常滑焼急須

世代を問わず人気の黒急須。本体の口径が広く、洗いやすいデザインです。1～2人用。

千年の歴史がある常滑焼は、日本遺産にも認定された六古窯(瀬戸・常滑・信楽・丹波・備前・越前)の一つで、壺や甕、急須を中心とした焼き物の街。常滑焼の急須は、手作りならではの丁寧で細やかな造りに定評があります。

ピタリと合わさる蓋と本体、中に貼り合わせてある細やかな茶漉し、手に馴染む持ち手の角度、注ぐ際の切れの良さなど高い技術を持った職人の手技よる逸品です。

常滑焼の急須に使われる陶土は無釉でも耐水性が高くきめ細かい粘土であるため、実は茶器に最適な素材。陶土に含まれる鉄分や急須の内面が多孔質の為、お茶の渋みや苦みが低減されまろやかになるといわれています。

ピタリとハマる蓋は、急須内の気密性を高め、茶葉を十分に蒸らすことが出来、お茶の味をしっかり抽出することが出来ます。本体一体型の陶製茶漉しは、金属製の茶漉しで感じやすい金属臭もなく、茶葉本来の味と香りを楽しむことが出来ます。
