美濃焼は岐阜県の東濃地方（多治見市、土岐市、瑞浪市、可児市）で生産されるやきものです。日本最大の陶磁器生産拠点であり、日本の陶磁器生産量の約半分を占めています。
圧力鋳込みという技法を用いて、磁器や陶器など幅広く製作している一洋陶園。
縁が立ち上がった小皿は調味皿にも使いやすく、フルーツや和え物などの副菜におすすめです。
